For the most enjoyable, unique Valentines' dinner with a piece of history, set sail and enjoya tasting of the Last Dinner on the Titanic. Boarding passes of actual passengers are for sale for $30.oo each and cover the cost of the six course meal. During the meal, enjoy the music of the Titanic dining room, learn trivia information and find out if you (the passenger) are a survivor! Dress up in 1912 clothes!!!
The Menu
Six of the eleven courses from the Titanic are offered. An example menu (may be altered because of availability) would be:
First Course: Hors D’Oeuvre
Canapés à l’ Amiral (shrimp and caviar)
Second Course: Soup
Potage Saint-Germain (English pea soup)
Third Course: Entrée’
Tournedos aux morilles on braised cabbage
(beef medalions with mushroom sauce)
Fourth Course: Punch
Punch Rosé (a sorbet of rose water)
Fifth Course: Roast
Roasted squab (chicken breast substitute) on wilted cress
Sixth Course: Sweets
Poached Peach with French Vanilla Ice cream
